Ralph and Eleanor Minton established Jarrettsville Builders in 1950.
Their strong Christian values, passion for high quality workmanship,
and affordable service were the hallmarks from the beginning. Still
owned and operated by the Minton family, the business has flourished
for three generations, and its core philosophy remains virtually
unchanged.
The residential division specializes in custom homes, while the
commercial division excels at renovation and construction of worship
facilities, offices, warehouses, firehouses, and private educational
facilities. Approximately 95% of our new residential clients come to us by referral—a
testimony to our excellence in customer service.
Bill Minton, president, oversees the entire operation and prefers
to personally meet with each prospective customer. As vice president,
Bill’s son Dave Minton directs the building process with the
assistance of a staff that communicates daily with the customers,
subcontractors, and vendors to make sure each project runs efficiently.
