The old house on this 59-acre family-owned farm was showing its age.
The customer wanted to demolish the old house and imagined a larger
house nestled into the mature trees surrounding the old homestead.
We created a 3300 square-foot two-story home with a connecting link
to the detached three-car garage. A steeply pitched roof creates
the potential of an attic/bonus room on the third floor and gives
an additional
400 square feet of usable space. The master bedroom is conveniently
located on the first floor. Window dormers, colonial style brick,
and beaded vinyl siding create the elegant look of an early 1900s
farmhouse
without the maintenance.

Praise from the Customer:
"When I think of all that went into building, all the figuring you did,
all the boards that were cut just right, all the forethought on sequencing the
events…it is a miracle and one that you all made happen! Thank you so very
much for all the caring work and patient guidance."
